Can I please have my frikkin' car back?

So it's been like...2 and a half weeks since my car had to go into the shop. What I thought was a simple tranny issue (which would have been covered by my extended warranty) turned out to be a massive exhaust issue. My mass air flow sensor wigged out and made the engine run over 5x richer than it should have.

This caused:
1) my gas mileage to hit the bottom of a shithole
2) my front cat converter to melt into my second cat converter thereby restricting exhaust airflow even more which caused
3) an assfull of exhaust leaks

So, I had to have the mass air flow sensor replaced
the cat converters replaced, the exhaust leaks fixed, and possibly the muffler replaced.

Since the mass air flow sensor is not covered under my warranty because it's not "a lubricated part of the motor". So.... EVERYTHING has to be covered with cash.
Meaning my entire tax return is gone to my effing piece of shit car. Where's Adam Sandler to serenade me? Or lend me $2200?

So I can't pay off my credit cards. But I'm trying to look at the bright side. At least I won't be accumulating more credit card debt, right?

WRONG! Since the repair wasn't covered by the warranty, neither was the rental car. First rental car cost $650. Second will cost a minimum of $200 unless we don't get the car back in a week.

WHY MIGHT IT NOT BE DONE IN A WEEK?!?!?! Because KIA decided to move their parts warehouse without notifying persons who bought their KIAs at certified dealerships. Every car repair shop is calling other repair shops and dealerships but no one has anything. When you call KIA they are less than helpful let alone remorseful.

I sent a nasty but intelligent and non-expletive-y letter to KIA stating that I was going to contact an attorney about a class action suit. I got a return call on Friday, late late afternoon, so I'll return it Monday. They'll probably apologize, and offer no compensation. We'll see.
